Charlotte McGuire has been a leader in Montgomery County for decades.
With more than 40 years of government and nonprofit leadership experience, Charlotte McGuire has worked with others to enrich the lives of the homeless, elderly, youth and families.
McGuire has served on the Ohio State Board of Education since 2017, was elected president of the board in November 2021, and was appointed by Governor DeWine to serve the Education Commission of the States. She has also served as the project director for the Montgomery County Juvenile Court’s Reclaiming Futures initiative. Previously, she was president and chief executive officer of Project IMPACT-Dayton and the Senior Resource Center of Greater Dayton as well as the director of community affairs for the City of Dayton.
Charlotte McGuire has received several local awards for her commitment to the community and to the schools of Montgomery County. She is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother who will take her public servant leadership to the Ohio Senate!
